I Built This Because
No One Would Help Me.
At 21, my testosterone was under 300. I felt it in everything — my body, my head, my life. I went to doctors. Then more doctors. Got referred to "someone who could help." Nothing changed. I was told to wait. Told I was too young to treat. Handed workarounds instead of an actual fix. Nobody around me knew how far down I really was, and nothing coming from a clinic was going to move the needle.
So I stopped waiting on someone else to fix it.
I started researching every free minute I had. Then I got obsessed — hormones, training, nutrition, recovery, all of it. Taking my own health into my own hands is the best decision I've ever made. Once I actually understood what was happening in my body, everything around me started to shift — not just how I looked, how I felt, how I carried myself, how people treated me.
I went on to get my NASM-CPT certification. I still compete as a classic bodybuilder. But the bigger shift wasn't the muscle — it was becoming the guy people in my life actually turn to for this stuff. That kind of presence isn't an accident. It's built.
I also believe this can be done safely. Bodybuilders shouldn't be dying. Guys shouldn't have to choose between looking and feeling like an enhanced version of themselves and actually being healthy. That tension is exactly what most of the industry gets wrong — and it's exactly what I built LBS to fix. Health first, always. Results because of that, not in spite of it.
I know what it's like to be dismissed by the people who were supposed to help you. That's not happening here.
